Our friend Dani Marques from Conil has been running a very successful tapas restaurant called Iberico in Dyson Place, Sharrow, in Sheffield. We visited recently. The restaurant is very authentic and with good weather it feels just like Cádiz.

For me the standout dish was a carpaccio of smoked sardines (en Conserva) on a bed of Salmorejo.
