We had an overnight stay in Woodstock and went to see the Christmas display at Blenheim Palace. The next day to further prolong the Christmas mood we decided to visit Daylesford Organic farm shop to pick up a few goodies. We saw these radicchio and couldn’t resist them. Back at home we decided to make red wine risotto with Italian fennel sausages using a recipe from Diana Henry. Perfect warming food for the winter temperatures we are currently experiencing.
