Eat your “Greens” – Hortopita

While we were locked down and self isolating many of our greens and herbs have bolted! I decided to make a Greek “greens” pie to use up some of what was left. I used chard, sorrel, broad bean tops, dill, celery leaf, flat leaf parsley, mint and fennel leaf as well as spinach from Waitrose I used a recipe from Elena Paravantes
