Chicken braised in Milk and Lemon

Following a recipe from Diana Henry in “A Bird in the Hand” adapted from a recipe by Jamie Oliver in “Happy Days”

This is a wonderful dish, the chicken is moist and the curdled sauce tastes of Christmas.
