We bought these in the Mercado de Abastos from Pescaderia Pintero. They were fished in the Golfo de Càdiz and landed at El Puerto de Santa Maria! have never seen them this small! We boiled them for one and a half minutes and served them with garlic mayo. The greenish coral turns red on cooking.
