When we were buying Acedías from Pescaderia Pintero the other day we were offered some free Boquerones. Valerie had given some English conversation sessions to the Fishmonger’s son and he was returning the favour.
I like preparing anchovies so I butterflied them. Rather than curing them in vinegar I decided to coat them in flour and fry them in olive oil.
