Gallo del Norte

These are Megrim Sole ( Gallo ) in Mercado San Martin in San Sebastián . In the Uk they are marketed as Cornish Sole to make them seem more attractive. In Spain they are often known as Gallo del Norte but in Conil as Tapaculo
