Just arrived in Conil. After a walk along the beach and quick swim in the Atlantic we purchased some spanking fresh sardines from the mercado de abastos.. Scaled, gutted, heads removed and grilled in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt. Copita of Manzanilla. Delicious!
