As we were arriving in Conil we passed Nico. He told us that he was leaving for a holiday in Greece and tonight would be the only opportunity to eat at Bar Nico during our stay. We said we would visit that evening.
We ordered “bombas” and Atún Encebollado. This time the tuna was cooked with vinegar, cloves and pimentón rather than the usual oregano. Completely different than the previous occasion – more like an escabeche, but equally as good as the usual recipe.
