Oxfordshire Cheese Revival -Evenlode

Passing Jericho Cheese in Oxford and noticed a new addition to the Kings Stone Dairy family. Clearly a sibling but with a firmer texture than Rollright. It will be interesting to see how this cheese develops. New cheeses take some time to settle into their familiar form. In fact Rollright has evolved to its current form. St Bartholomew from Nettlebed started out as a very different cheese.
