Oxfordshire Cheese Revival – Windrush Valley Goat’s Cheese

Windrush Valley Goat Dairy

Not strictly in Oxfordshire, Pinchpool Farm where Renée and Richard Loveridge produce their cheese has an Oxfordshire postcode.

Richard is from New Zealand and Renee from the USA. They have a herd of  pedigree British Saanan goats and Toggenberg goats that are fed mainly on haylage and concentrate. Since 2002 they have been producing a pure unflavoured cheese, from pasteurised milk which they also coat with fresh herbs, peppercorns or garlic and cracked pepper.

The dairy is expanding the team are working on producing aged, hard goats’ cheeses in the near future…
